Protection of Personal Data

1.The DimitriaLanguageSchool recognizes the importance of the matter of the security of Personal Data, as well as that of electronic transactions and has taken all the necessary measures with the most contemporary and advanced methods, so as to guarantee the highest possible security, according to the legislation in effect.

2.When users navigate the pages of the e-shop to order one or more of the services of the DimitriaLanguageSchool, in order to secure the feasibility of communication with customers and to inform them about new products and services, we ask for their personal information (such as name, electronic address e.t.c.)

3. The customer is strictly responsible for the electronic address he/she registers, which is under his complete and exclusive control, and the DimitriaLanguageSchool is not responsible for any damage or access to it by a third party. It should be stressed that the e-shop does not make its list of electronic addresses public or accessible to its subscribers. As a result, the personal data registered in the pages and the services of the Website of the e-shop are used exclusively in order to secure the operation of the respective services and it is not allowed to be used by any third party, without abiding by the provisions of Law 2472/97 concerning the protection of personal data from being processed.

4.The e-shop operates according to the legislation in effect and safegurards the data registered for the duration of the transaction and the data is deleted only after the end of the transactional relation.

5. Personal data which is registered in the e-shop is exclusively used by the DimitriaLanguageSchool or collaborating businesses (Collaborating Bank) with the aim of supporting, promoting and executing the transaction of the custormer through the DimitriaLanguageSchool.
